We use your information to respond to your enquiry and connect you with the right specialist on our team; to provide the property, valuation, or career information you've asked for; to operate, secure, and improve our website; and, where you have agreed, to send you relevant property updates and market insights. We share your details internally with the Apex Homes agent or manager best placed to assist you. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our email delivery and customer-relationship-management providers — who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We may disclose information where required by law or by a competent UAE authority.
